After our meeting, we'll prepare a personalized proposal for your project. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of costs, including allowances for all finishes like flooring, tile, fixtures, and more. Our goal is to provide you with a clear picture of what to expect every step of the way.

Get ready for the exciting Planning + Design stage! Together, we'll dive deep into creating your dream space. From floor plans to 3D renders and mood boards, we'll explore every aspect of design, including color palettes, tiles, flooring options, lighting, and more. Detailed budget ranges tailored to each design concept will ensure you're fully informed and empowered throughout this creative journey.
Planning + Design
Once construction plans are approved and selections finalized, it's time to take the next big step. With our construction contract signed and the deposit secured, we can now focus on planning and preparing for the work ahead!

In this phase, we start the process by submitting building and trade-related permits to ensure compliance with regulations. We establish a start date and coordinate all logistics. As part of this process, we compile a comprehensive spec folder, serving as a valuable resource
for all involved parties Lastly, Our team ensures that your selections are ordered on time, delivered promptly, and undergo a thorough inspection before installation in your home.
Pre-construction
As construction begins, rest assured you're in good hands. Your dedicated project manager and site supervisor will oversee every detail, while our online portal keeps you in the loop with
scheduled tasks and regular updates. Expect open communication, daily progress reports, and a transparent approach that keeps you informed every step of the way.
Construction Phase
