Planning
Getting to Know You
After you submit your inquiry, our team will reach out by phone and/or email to learn more about your project and see if we’re a good fit for each other. We’ll talk through your goals, budget, and timeline, and if it feels right to you, we’ll schedule an on-site estimate to take the next step.
on-site estimate
Our first visit to your home is where your project starts to take shape. We’ll walk the space together, talk through ideas, and discuss your priorities from layout changes to design direction and the realities of a renovation. It’s a collaborative, conversational meeting designed to understand how you live and what will make this remodel feel like your perfect fit.
proposal review
Approximately 2-3 weeks after our visit, you’ll meet with Lidia virtually to review your personalized proposal. She’ll walk you through the full scope, timeline, and cost breakdown, explaining each allowance + line item so you feel confident in what’s included and why. This conversation is your chance to ask questions, refine details, or adjust the scope to meet your budget, and ensure the plan feels right before moving into design.

Pre-Construction
This is where the fun happens. We’ll dive into your inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, and your favorite details to uncover your home’s design direction. Together, we’ll talk through layout changes, functionality, and what matters most to you, then map out a creative plan that feels true to your style and your space. By the end, you’ll have a clear design roadmap and the excitement of seeing your ideas start to come to life.
selections + Finishes
Next, we’ll guide you through choosing the actual finishes, fixtures, and materials that go into your home: from tile and flooring to hardware and lighting. Using our Materio platform, we’ll keep every choice organized and transparent, so you can make confident decisions and track progress with ease. By the end of this phase, your design package, build timelines, and payment schedule are finalized and construction is ready to begin.

With your direction approved, we turn inspiration into reality. Our team refines the design into detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to give you a complete picture of your future home before construction begins. This is where creativity meets construction – every idea translated into plans your build team can bring to life with confidence.

Construction
Demo + Preparation
This is where the excitement begins and you start to see the first real glimpse of change. We begin by protecting your home and belongings with floor coverings, dust barriers, and site setup before any demo begins. Then walls come down, outdated finishes are removed, and we uncover the bones of your home. Our team handles every permit, dumpster, and safety detail, keeping the process clean, organized, and on schedule.
Rough-Ins + Drywall
Behind the scenes, our licensed trade partners (think plumbers, electricians, HVAC pros, and framers) rebuild your home’s systems with care and precision. We coordinate all inspections and keep you informed at every step, so you always know what’s happening and when. Once complete, drywall goes up and the space begins to take shape. This is when your vision starts to feel real and the structure of your future home comes to life.
Moonstone Effect
This is where your design comes alive. Tile is set, cabinetry is installed, trim and paint add depth and warmth, and the finishes you selected begin to tell your home’s story. You’ll start to recognize the character and personality we’ve been building toward – that distinct sense of harmony, intention, and beauty we’re known for.
post-construction
Once your project is officially complete, we take care of the final logistics from professional cleaning to photography and documentation. We’ll review your care and maintenance details, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable as you begin living in your finished space.
punch list
As construction wraps up, we walk the space with a detailed eye reviewing every room to ensure each finish, fixture, and surface meets our standards – and yours. Any final adjustments are made so your home feels complete in every detail.
warranty
Our relationship doesn’t end when construction does. Every project includes a warranty period for peace of mind, and we’re always here if questions arise later. We stand behind our work and our word — long after the last nail is set.
