Before the remodel, the Simpson attic had two bedrooms, a tiny closet, and a bathroom that wasn’t functional or comfortable. As empty nesters, our clients wanted this floor to finally work for the way they live now – a space they could age in, relax in, and genuinely enjoy. The goal was to transform the entire level into a full suite: a living room, bedroom, walk-in closet, office, laundry, bathroom, and a cozy reading nook. What began as a cramped and outdated layout became an opportunity to create a calm, spacious retreat designed for their next chapter.
