Full Basement Remodel

When our client first reached out, she wanted her unfinished Linden Hills basement to finally feel like part of the home. She envisioned a lower level that could truly support her family’s life: a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a closet, a beautiful laundry room, and a TV room with a small snack bar for her teenage kids to bring their friends to hangout. The existing space was dark, uninsulated, and disconnected, so we completely reworked the layout for functionality, including relocating the laundry room, creating a new bathroom, and installing all new electrical and plumbing throughout. Natural light was also key, so we added or enlarged windows to the rooms to make the basement feel bright and lived-in, more like a main level than a lower one.
